Does God Love Us?–Link

This is a great post by Anne of Freedomborn about God’s love for us. According to Romans, nothing can ever take us away from God’s love in Christ for us. Hope you’ll check out Anne’s post.

Does God Love us, yes He does and passionately but why ? because He is our Daddy but unlike some earthly fathers, He never does anything that is evil to us or does He willingly hurt us, He tells us…

Jeremiah 29 :11-12 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of Peace and not of evil, to give you a Future and a Hope.

Lamentations 3:33 For He doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the Children of men.

  1. Thank you Tricia for the Reblog and your kind words, I have now added Romans 8 to my Post, it is indeed a powerful Scripture but sadly Cults have tried to water it down by saying all verse1 is not in the original Text but they have no way of proving this the same as with other verses that they claim are not genuine just because they don’t agree with their fleshy understanding. With Romans 8:1 it is confirmed again in other verses but not just in Romans, right through the Scriptures, sadly there is so much deception today this is why we need God’s wisdom.

    Christian Love – Anne.

  2. There is indeed much deception in the world today, and all of us certainly need to grow and mature in God’s wisdom. When I think of nothing separating me from God’s love, I think of Romans 8:38-39 “For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” What a comfort!
    God’s blessings, Tricia
